Dr. Nora Vera is a Double Board Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon, whom was born in Caracas Venezuela. She came to the United States with her immediate family as a child and grew up in South and Central Florida. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine at University of South Florida in Tampa, where she also completed her residency training with the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.

As a first year internal medicine intern Dr. Vera received the “Outstanding First Year Resident” award for her collegiality, hard work and dedication to patient care. As a resident she has worked a as a sub investigator for over 30 clinical research trials and has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications.

During her free time Dr. Vera loves to spend time with her husband and their two dogs, Toro and Newton. She also enjoys gardening and any excuse to enjoy the outdoors.
